Hey my name is Diane Zanardo, I’m very excited to be joining the Newstead team! I have worked in professional kitchens for over 12 years in a wide range of cuisines and establishments from hotels to high-volume restaurants. Becoming an auntie to twin boys fostered my desire to learn more about nutrition and building healthy relationships with food, especially in a child’s early years. Im keen to bring my years of experience and knowledge to the Newstead kitchen.
